WILCO has a five-step plan to maximize security effectiveness and to minimize security expenditure whether human or technology-based. WILCO offers an individualized security plans to minimize legal liability based on negligence claims for corporations, organizations, proerty management companies, and business operators.
- Through Assessment: WILCO will identify exact nature and magnitude of security issues: what is the accurate description of the problem? What are the internal and external resources available? How much time does a client have? What is the client's priority?
- Plan: integrate all available intelligence on problems, resources, and options to have a clear, concise strategy, tactics, and specific action steps: further integrate the security plan with other business plans of the client to maximize the overall business effectiveness and minimize non-essential expenses.
- Execution: train and motivate all those involved after building consensus for the plan: launch the plan with a good sense of timing.
- Follow-up: inspect and audit performance results to modify the plan and to properly measure its effectiveness.
- Communication feed back loop: keep all stakeholders involved in the communication loop.
Coordination with government agencies:
WILCO is highly qualified to act as a proactive liaison with law enforcement and other relevant agencies due to lessons learned from 30 years of police experience and over 8 years of policy level experience in education and transportation areas. WILCO is in a special position to handle all related training, compliance, and appeal tasks.
